Mud Season
Usually I take a break from blogging in April, but I just got lazy and uninspired this month. I will probably have sporadic photos posted between now and May. It is actually snowing right now, but we all know it will melt and just make it muddy in town tomorrow. Last day of ski season is approaching already! April 3! Theme Day: Favorite Part of Town~Gorrono Beach
Okay, maybe Gorrono's isn't technically within Telluride city limits, but it's a great place to be on a warm ski day. Gorrono's is a restaurant on the mountain and only open during the ski season, except for special planned events like weddings and parties. It was a sheep herder's ranch in the 1800's and has been converted to a huge restaurant, smokehouse and saloon, plus the beach complete with live music everyday and a great view of Wilson Peak.
