SkyWatch Friday: Bridal Veil Falls and the Sky

Telluride is waking up from a long and cold off-season. The gondola is open, the aspens have leaves, and the snow above Bridal Veil Falls is melting. It is also SkyWatch Friday! To see more beautiful skies all over the world, please visit SkyWatch Friday.

If you click on "Bridal Veil Falls" under my labels you can see many more pictures and more information about our beloved falls in our box canyon.

Very pretty! That's a cool looking cloud above the falls in that first shot.

Beautiful scenery and a wonderful waterfall. I would like to see this one, are there trails to walk to it?

Actually you can walk or drive to it. There is a family that lives in the power station house in the summer.

The falls are beautiful, and they seem to be roaring with the spring run-off. Spring is coming to the mountains at last.

A gorgeous skywatch picture. Those falls are stunning. I can almost hear the roar from here.
