Earlier this week I was riding lift 10, freezing despite my expedition weight long underwear, fleece shirt and ski gear. I was amazed at the people doing snow removal off of the Mountain Village Market roof as they weren't even wearing coats! I know it's hard work, but the girl was wearing a short sleeved shirt!

That is unbelievable! I wonder how she tolerates hot weather if she can dress like that in the cold.
And the short-sleeve shirt is just one of her problems...what if she slips on that slippery roof?
