Slalom Practice

Here is one more training photo that I took on Tuesday. Even though I didn't make it to see any of the Snowboard World Cup events, our local friendly photographer Merrick Chase of Telluride Photography sure did. Check out all of his shots at Album 1 and Album 2.

The Telluride Snowboard World Cup will air on NBC on Sunday, December 26 at 3:00 p.m. EST.

I haven't been able to make it up to watch any of the Snowboard World Cup events due to working and other commitments, so I'm sharing more of the photos I took on Tuesday when they were all training.

Mom's Tree

My mom always has her tree up by Thanksgiving. We had our Christmas celebration at my parents' house the day after Thanksgiving since we won't be back in Oklahoma for Christmas. Today is my parents' 41st Anniversary! Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad!

Name That Mountain

If you have visited my blog very many times you know that I take lots of photos of Wilson Peak. That prominent pointed peak is Wilson Peak, often mistakenly called Mt. Wilson. Mt. Wilson is over there on the left kind of blended in with El Diente Peak. I took this while skiing down See Forever.
