All the Pretty Horses

I saw these horses when drove up Last Dollar Road to see how many leaves have changed color. I wonder if they appreciate their view of Wilson Peak.

Probably not, but they appreciate the grass and we appreciate the view.

Now that's a beautiful sight. Horses, and mountains, too!

Horses tend to keep their heads down...which is a good thing: they can eat that way; they can watch where they're going if you're on top; and that allows you to look at Wilson Peak!

Beautiful bucolic shot!

This is such a wonderful photo, Lisa! I've never seen horses loose on a field so I find this so charming. Magnificent mountains too.

Only if there is abundant grass! hehe!

I do think they appreciate that vantage point for safety's sake and that they have wide open spaces with a large herd.

That's a gorgeous photo!
