These falls are so gorgeous! I've enjoyed all your shots of them and if I ever, ever get out your way, I want to see them in person!
Definitely a must-see. (I haven't been there--just saying that from your picture.) I like this perspective of it.
Gorgeous photo lovely scenery!
It's pretty, but I would be too afraid to live in that house!
Beautiful! I love waterfalls. The sound!
Spectacular part of the world, and great shot of it.
Iloved your Black Bear Pass series. I wish I could have ridden along with you. I've never seen the falls so close to the top. Just beautiful.
Now that is a sight to behold. And that house! Who lives up there? I couldn't sleep I'd be so nervous!
Awesome photograph, and I bet that house has the most fantastic views.
The falls are dramatic, but that building on the cliff above is even more so. Great photo.
Wow, is that someone's house at the top? Awesome waterfalls.
The falls look lovely, but I'm more intrigued by that house on top of the cliff!
Hi Lisa,
I don't remember these falls. Come to think of it, I've only been to Telluride in the winter. What's that structure at the top - you'll have to do another post on it!
Barb's comment reminded me that I meant to ask if the falls freeze in the winter? If they do, and you can safely get up there, I bet that would be an amazing photo!!!
Barb, Wednesday's photo mentions that there is a family living in the power station house during the summer. I've never been inside, but I'd love to see it!
MOJO, if you look under my labels for Bridal Veil Falls, there is a winter photo I posted on January 1. I'll have to take another this winter!
Thx for pointing me to the labels. These are all great shots. I like the Jan. 1 one, but also the on in the Fall.
