Telluride Valley Floor Rules

With the $50 million dollar purchase of a 572 acre plot of land, there has to be some rules. No matter which side people took in the battle over the Valley Floor, I think everyone can agree it is an amazing story of conservation. If you are interested in learning more about the Valley Floor, here is an interesting Valley Floor Timeline.

Hope everybody plays by the rules.

My first thought was I wonder why no dogs. But, I guess they can disturb the natural wildlife.

Yes, I think the main reason no dogs are allowed is for the wildlife, but there are some people wanting that rule changed. There are some housing developments outside of town that dogs are not allowed because they are in severe elk areas.

Wow, that is a gorgeous place. And I agree about the rules. It's unfortunate but some people seem always to think the rules never apply to them...hope there's a mechanism to enforce them so all can continue to enjoy this priceless space!

I remember seeing the Valley Floor years ago but it was covered with snow. It's beautiful!
