SkyWatch Friday: A Totally Different Scene for Me

Nope, this isn't Telluride!! I couldn't resist using some more California photos despite this being a Telluride Daily Photo blog. These two photos were taken at Redondo Beach.

To see more interesting and beautiful skies around the world, please visit SkyWatch Friday.

Yay! She's seen more palm trees! And these are impressive in their height!

So that makes it… twice? :)

Looks like you had a great time. Wonderful shots, Lisa!

You chose a good vantage point for these photos. We were at Redondo Beach when we visited some friends in Palos Verdes this past summer. We saw some dolphins, but didn't have the camera handy!

Those are some really tall palm trees! Their trunks look so delicate. Palm trees like that would not stand up to one of our hurricanes around here! The beach is pretty too.

Where's the snow?

Isn't California wonderful? I lived in LA when a kid and loved it...and when we lived in Phoenix, we would drive to San Diego to get out of the heat - another world!
