Skis in the Air

Most of the time I ride lift 7 back down to get home. I don't ski the Telluride side of the mountain very often. There is only one blue run called Telluride Trail that I just don't like. The rest of the runs on this side are blacks and very scary to me. I thought it would be funny to stick my Roxy skis up in front of town for this photo. I was in the shade at this time in the afternoon.

Cute flowers on your skis. And, of course, a gorgeous mountain view.

Well I was over 9,000 feet in elevation, but I'm not sure how far I was off the ground. Riding lift 7 definitely isn't for the faint of heart!

I swear I took this exact picture in January 1993! Though my skis did not have pretty flowers on them. That trip to Telluride was the whole inspiration for cashing it in for the life I live now. I'm so excited to have found your blog!
